See our Customer Feedback... Shipping Orders are generally shipped the following business day. We pride ourselves in FAST and accurate service! If the delivery address needs to be changed after the package has left our warehouse for delivery, a fee of $10.00 will be charged. The customer's Credit Card will be charged automatically should such a notice is received by the Carrier. Please note that USPS Priority Service does not guarantee delivery within 2-3 days. That said, they are very good at delivering within the estimated 2-3 day timeframe. All packages are always fully insured. TechToysForLess.com is not liable for shipment delays caused by the Carrier (i.e. UPS or USPS). Delivery times are calculated from the time we ship the product. (i.e. If you purchase a product Monday, we generally ship the following business day which is Tuesday in this case. If you chose Next Day service, it will arrive on Wednesday, 1 day after we shipped your product.) All orders $100 and over require a signature upon delivery. This is to prevent people from walking away with your package if left outside of the delivery address. Changes made to the delivery address after the package has been shipped are subject to a $15 change of address fee. All items shipped are brand new and sealed. Any physical damage must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery so we can file a claim with the courier. For orders that are refused upon delivery, the shipping cost plus a $20 handling charge will be deducted from the invoiced amount. Warranty All products sold at TechToysForLess are all brand new and covered under a manufacturer's warranty. We do not sell any used or refurbished goods. Returns TechToysForLess.com offers a 7 days exchange policy if the item sold is found to be defective. The defective item will be exchanged for the same model only if the return guidelines are followed: - Please place the RMA number given to you by TechToysForLess.com, on two sides of the carton being returned. All returns that do not have RMA numbers on them will not be accepted.
- After 7 days from the delivery date, all items that need to be returned for repair can be sent directly to the manufacturer or warranty provider.
- Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if no problem is found with the item.
- Shipping and insurance charges are not refundable.
- TechToysForLess is not responsible for lost or damaged items when the Customer sends a package to us. Please ensure that the items are secured properly and insured at the appropriate value.
We only take returns on products that arrive defective and exchange it for a BRAND NEW unit. All packages are shipped with full insurance and trackable so there is no risk to you, our customer. Price Protection At the time you make the purchase the customer has agreed to the listed price. All prices will remain final once an order has been placed. Sales Taxes and Import Duties TechToysForLess does not charge you sales tax. Buyers within the US do not pay sales tax on purchases. Tech Toys For Less will only charge for freight and calculate the charges based on the items in your order. For International buyers (outside of the US): Tech Toys For Less is not responsible for customs or related charges for you to receive your merchandise. All international duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Please review the customs and shipping rules in your country PRIOR to purchasing. |
